Жаль, что нет возможности поставить "очень плохо", они не только не разбираются в товаре но и хамят. На просьбу предоставить жалобную книгу они сначала потребовали мои паспорт и идентификационный код. Потом дали пустую бумажку и сказали вот вам книга жалоб. Раньше я покупал запчасти к замку, не подошли. Думал что в течении 14 дней верну, не получилось. Покупайте только на свой страх и риск!!!
